I know that if I loot from a drifting can that I will be criminally flagged to the owner and his corp (possibly his alliance?) for 15 minutes. But if I loot the can I can't see myself loosing standing towards any agents etc, but maybe towards the...

I've been running LVL 2 misisons for a -4 agent in the Adar system for 3 weeks now and have a fairly good standing with him (4+), however I can;t seem to be able to use better level II agents over say 4. He keeps giving me the same 4 or 5 mission...
